Elevator pitch

The need for more movement in public, school and work settings.

Abstract

The need for more movement based opportunities in home, school, public or work settings.  How dance can take on bullying, depression, obesity, and ADHD to name a few. I will discuss my own struggles growing up as a child with ADHD who could not sit still at a desk.  How discipline through dance helped keep me on a positive path.
